It is situated in the direct neighbourhood of Pension Nikos Vergos and Margarita.
To the harbour front it is a 5 min. walk. The Piso-Krioneri and the town beach
Krioneri are each just approx. 70 m away. The bakery, supermarket and fruit market
are very close by. The villa: Nice and neat, the owner take care for it a lot. On the ground floor lives the family of the owner, on the 1st floor are 6 studios and in the attic are 2 newly extended apartments. Parking available in front of the house, on the street. The apartment: For 2 - 6 persons, each apartment has a kitchen living (2 additional foldable beds for children possible), 2 bed rooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), shower/toilette, air condition, TV and roomy balcony with view to town, sea and the castle of Parga. Cleaning: every day (except Sundays), change of bed linen and towels twice a week. No further expenses.
