It is situated on a dead-end-road. It is approx. 6 min. walk to the Krioneri-Beach and approx. 10 min. walk to town. A supermarket and a bakery are about 400 m from the house. The villa: On the ground floor of this 1990 built villa are 5 rooms, on the 1st floor one studio, which has stairs and entrance on the outside. Also on the 1st floor lives the house owner, who is especially hospitable, with his family. Parking is available on the property. The rooms: Bright and friendly furnished; every room with shower/toilette, fridge, TV and balcony. Possibilities to sit down in the flower garden. The rooms are set as flowers: on the ground floor are 4 rooms (3 triple and 1 double room) and in the hall of these rooms is a fully equipped shared kitchenette. The 5th room has its own entrance from the outside, is equipped with 3 beds, fridge and can also use the kitchenette in the hall. The studio on the 1st floor has a kitchenette and is furnished with a double bed. The other rooms are equipped either with double bed or single beds. Additional beds are stabile wooden beds. Villa Chrisoula can be reserved for up to 16 persons. Towels and dishtowels are provided. Daily cleaning (except Sundays), change of bed linen twice a week. No additional expenses.
