The newly built Apartment house is quiet and surrounded by olive groves. To the beach Piso-Krioneri it is approx. 2 -3 min. and to town approx. 5 min. to walk. Supermarket, bakery and fruit market are on the same street.

The apartment house: In the resort are 16 studios. Parking lots are approx. 30 away. There is a garage for motor bikes. The hospitable owner takes a lot of effort to satisfy his guests.

The studios: These very neat studios are for 1 - 3 persons and are each with bedroom, shower/toilette, balcony and terrace, air condition, safety box and a separated (no door) kitchenette. Every studio has its own entrance from the outside. There are double or single beds. A additional bed is a foldable wooden bed.

Daily cleaning, twice a week change of bed linen and towels. Towels are provided. No further expenses.
