The house is situated on a dead end road; it is approx. 100 m from the beach Piso Krioneri, the bakery and supermarket, to town it is a 10 min. walk. The villa: In the year 2001 it was completely renovated, on the ground floor are 5 rooms and 1 apartment, on the 1st floor is the roomy 2-room apartment and the owner live on the second floor. The rooms: All rooms have a bed room (mainly single beds), ventilation, air condition, fridge, shower/toilette and balcony. There is one kitchen to use for these five rooms. Daily cleaning (except Sundays), change of bed linen 2 times a week. Towels are provided. No further expenses. The apartment: For 4 pers., 1 bed room, living area with kitchen and couch bed for additional 2 persons, air condition, shower/toilette and balcony. Cleaning and change of bed linen as in the rooms. 2-room apartments: For 4 - 5 persons. The newly furnished apartments (each approx. 60 qm) have each 2 bed rooms (double and single beds), a large living area with very good and fully equipped kitchenette (5th bed = foldable couch, which is in the living area), TV, air condition, bathroom/toilette and balconies. Cleaning and change of bed linen as in the rooms.
