The apartment house was built 1993 and is situated in direct neighbourhood of Villa Irini and is surrounded by a wonderful flower garden and lots of green. It is very quiet and perfect for family holidays. The Valtos Beach: Is approx. 100 m away and offers lots of water sport. To Parga town it is a 20 minutes walk on a foot path along the beach, partly over steps, there are water taxis regularly. On the road it is approx. 2 km to Parga town. A Mini Market is 150 m away, and typical greek taverns are close by. The Apartment house: For 4 - 5 persons, there are 2 bed rooms with connecting door. The entrance is very spacious with a roof above it, from there you also find the entrance to the shower/toilette and the fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is with 2 single beds and the other is with 1 double bed and a single bed equipped. One additional bed can be provided. Towels and kitchen towels are provided. Daily cleaning, except Sundays; change of bed linen twice a week. No further expenses! Parking available 50 m from the house on a safe parking lot.
