Situated on the small sandy and gravel beach Piso Krioneri, to Parga town it is a walk of 5 min. The town beach Krioneri is only 100 m away. A public tennis court, a supermarket and a bakery are close by.

The hotel: this small 3 star-Hotel was built 1984, on 2 floors there are 23 rooms and one suite. On the ground floor there is the reception, a hotel bar and a sitting area with TV corner. Breakfast is served on the lower floor or on the terrace outside with beautiful sea view. A lovely house for guests who like to be close to sea and to town. Parking possibilities directly in front of the hotel and in the yard.

The rooms: Nice and neat equipped, shower/toilette, balcony (partly with sea view), mini bar, air condition, and satellite-TV. The rooms are either with singles or double bed furnished. Additional beds available, this will be a wooden or foldable couch bed. Daily cleaning, twice a week change of bed linen. Towels are provided.

The suit: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilette, a small hall, mini bar, air condition, satellite-TV and a big shared balcony with sea view. In one of the bedrooms are 2 single beds and in the other one double bed. The suite can be used for 4 - 5 persons. The 5th bed is a foldable couch bed. Cleaning and bed linen change as in the other rooms. Towels are provided!

The beach: is a sandy/pebble beach. Sun beds and umbrellas for extra charge.

The board: BB bed and breakfast. The breakfast is served in the breakfast room, you can sit outside on the terrace with sea view or on the balcony of your room.
