The Villa is situated very quiet in a beautiful green surrounding and in direct neighbourhood of the Villa Irini and Villa Christiana. The Valtos Beach (approx. 150 m away) is reachable over a footpath. Taverns and Cafes are along the beach. A Mini market is approx. 200 m away. To Parga town it is a 20 minutes walk on a path along the beach partly over steps, or you can take a water taxi. On the road it is 2 km to Parga town. The villa: In the 2 1-storey-buildings, which were built in the year 2000 are 20 studios and 4 2-room-apartments. Private parking. There is a sweet water swimming pool in the garden with baby pool and a pool bar. Free use of sun beds at the pool. The owners of the villa are very hospitable and friendly. The studios: For 2 - 3 persons, nice and friendly furnished, every studio has its own entrance from the outside, spacious bedroom with double bed (additional bed for a child possible = foldable couch chair), shower/toilette, kitchenette with coffee machine, air condition and balcony. Daily cleaning, 2 times a week change of bed linen and towels. Towels and bath towels are provided. The 2-room-apartment: For 4 persons; every apartment has its own entrance form the outside, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), kitchen living (with coffee machine), shower/toilette, balcony, air condition. Cleaning and change of bed lines as in the studios. No further expenses.
